Redefining disease intervention, cancer vaccines and immunotherapy leverage the immune system to detect and destroy malignant cells. Personalized vaccines are showing promise in trials, targeting unique tumor signatures with precision. When combined with checkpoint inhibitors or cytokine therapies, they enhance overall immune activation and tumor clearance. Advances in bioinformatics, genomic sequencing, and delivery systems are accelerating their development. With expanding indications across multiple cancer types, cancer vaccines and immunotherapy are at the forefront of a paradigm shift toward personalized, durable, and less toxic oncologic care.
