Biography:
Godwin Pancras is a Bioethicist and assistant lecturer in the Department of Bioethics and Health Professionalism at Muhimbili University of Health and Allied Sciences (MUHAS), Tanzania. Currently Mr Godwin is a PhD candidate exploring the ethical implications of HIV vaccine trials in Tanzania. As a bioethicist living and with first-hand experience of resource limited settings, his motivation resides within the three major goals: conducting and advocating for research studies responsive to needs of his community, to train and nurture more bioethicist in Africa and offer significant contribution to global debates in bioethics.
